– Do I need to create an account in order to make an order?

No, you do not need to create an account in order to make an online order from our e-shop.
Although, if you create an account and subscribe to our newsletter, you will be able to:
  • Save time by not filling your personal details every time you need to make an order
  • Learn about our giveaways and offers, in order to save money.

 

– How can I create an account?

By clicking on Login, you can create a new account. You must fill all the fields with your details. Once you complete you registration, you will receive a confirmation email and the process will be complete.

 

– I forgot my login password, what should I do?

All you have to do is click on Login and then click on “Forgot your code?”. This way you will receive an email with further instructions in order to create a new password.

 

– What are the available payment methods?

These are the 4 available payment methods on our website:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Pay with credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Direct bank transfer

– Can I pay with cash upon delivery of my order?

Yes. If you choose the payment method “Cash on delivery” you can pay at the moment of the product delivery. There is an extra fee of 2,5€ for this service.

 

– Is it safe to pay with my credit / debit card?

Yes of course. Our website complies with all the necessairy safety features (SSL security and more). You can pay with your credit / debit card without any risks. We won’t save your payment info and we do not hold any record of your payment details or methods for future use.

– How much are you charging for shipping costs?

For shipping in greece, the cost for orders up to 49,99€, is 2€.
All orders above 50€, is shipped with no extra charge.

 

– How many days until I receive my order?

You should receive all orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery may delay due to extreme weather conditions or other factors that affect the shipping company and its’ workers.
We deliver all orders to the shipping company within the same or the next day of your online purchase.

 

– Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled by calling us at or sending an email at info@sm-eshop.gr. No orders can be cancelled if the product or the packaging is damaged.

– How can I return a product that I bought?

Yes. Every product can be changed at your local store in Kilkis.

 

What can I do if a product arrives damaged?

In that case, you should send us photos from the product showing how it is damaged. Send us an email at info@sm-eshop.gr,
and we will take care of the situation.

Are your prices the same at your local store?

Yes. Prices remain the same everywhere.
